Who's organizing this?

Meet the community volunteers behind Hunt the Universe.

Why are we doing this? Because the universe is chaotic and absurd, and we wish to celebrate that and the power of coming together and building community in the face of everything the world throws at us.

Hunt The Universe is organized entirely by community volunteers. We’re doing this under the umbrella of the Fremont Neighborhood Council (If you live in Fremont consider becoming a member!), with additional support and collaboration from The Department of Neighborhoods, The Chamber of Connection, Fremont Neighbor, The Fremont Arts Council, Fremont Creative District, the Fremont Chamber of Commerce. We’d also like to give a huge thank you to all of the businesses in Fremont who have partnered with us to make this possible!

Hunt The Universe is conceived and authored by Hunt Master Luke Greenway (you can hire him to make custom scavenger hunts for you; he’d probably be delighted). Key logistical support and contributions from Aly Teeter. Website stood up by Halle Remash and Daniel Heppner. Poster by Harry Maher. Partnership supports from Sara Morimoto and Lucy Gruidl.

You can contact us at [email protected]

If you are participating in Hunt The Universe we will also email you in the leadup with a phone number you can use to contact Hunt The Universe HQ during the event.
